2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any Service on lux78. By completing registration you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. lux78 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age cannot be verified.
2.2 Residency. lux78's Services are directed at players who are residents of Indonesia. You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether accessing lux78 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
2.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on lux78. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account: (a) employees, directors, agents, or contractors of lux78 or its affiliates; (b) family members residing in the same household as any such person; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded or excluded by lux78 for responsible gaming reasons; (d) individuals under 21 years of age; and (e) any person acting on behalf of any of the above.
Age Verification: lux78 applies strict age verification during the KYC process. Any winnings generated by a Member who is subsequently found to be under 21 years of age will be forfeited without exception.
3.1 Registration Process. To access lux78's Services, you must complete the registration form available via the lux78 Login page, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact method.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information held in your Account. Any change to your registered details — including your address, contact number, or payment method — must be reported to lux78 customer support promptly. lux78 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. lux78 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify lux78 support immediately at [email protected].
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). lux78 reserves the right to require identity verification documents at any stage of the Member relationship, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence; proof of residential address; and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawals will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been submitted and approved.
3.5 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lux78 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
Zero Tolerance for Fraud: lux78 employs real-time fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. Confirmed fraud cases will result in permanent closure and full forfeiture of any Account balance.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. lux78 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata for bank transfers; and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja for e-wallet transactions. lux78 does not accept deposits or withdrawals via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed here.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Payment page within your Account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment channel and may be adjusted by lux78 from time to time without prior notice, subject to Clause 12 (Amendments).
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your lux78 Account balance in real time or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during normal banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). lux78 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by lux78 within 24 hours of submission, provided that: (a) KYC verification is complete; (b) no active bonus wagering requirements are outstanding; and (c) the requested amount does not exceed the daily or weekly withdrawal limit applicable to your Account tier. Funds are transferred to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by lux78.
4.5 Same-Method Policy. To prevent money laundering, lux78 applies a same-method withdrawal policy: withdrawal proceeds are returned to the payment channel from which the corresponding deposit originated. If that channel is unavailable, lux78 may request alternative verification before processing the withdrawal.
4.6 No Fees. lux78 does not charge Members transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by a Member's bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's sole responsibility.
4.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. lux78 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 from dormant Account balances. Members will be notified by email before any deduction is applied.
Payment Security: All transactions on lux78 are processed over SSL-encrypted connections. Your banking credentials are never stored on lux78 servers. We use the same payment security standards applied by BCA and Mandiri for their own online banking portals.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits awarded by lux78 are subject to these general terms and any specific terms stated on the applicable promotion page. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion; unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of that period.

6.1 Applicable Rules. Each game or product category on lux78 is governed by its own set of rules, which are published within the Platform. In the case of any discrepancy between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules apply to that product only.
6.2 Random Number Generation. 6.5 Togel Draws. Official draw results are final and binding.

10.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lux78's aggregate liability to any single Member arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Exclusions. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by lux78's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by lux78; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.2 Termination by lux78. Following an investigation, lux78 may terminate an Account permanently. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from Prohibited Conduct will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits not implicated in any fraud may be returned at lux78's discretion, following completion of identity verification.
11.3 Closure by Member. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting lux78 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, provided KYC requirements are satisfied. Bonus balances outstanding at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.
11.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination — whether by lux78 or by the Member — your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

12.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
